TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FICA PROFESSIONALS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue for any permitted court action lies in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13) Arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its streamlined rules, in Maricopa County, Arizona, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement. Class or representative actions are not permitted—you and we waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [legal@domain.com] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

(Small-claims court option: Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona.)
